• Under "Notes", please indicate which organization or department you are affiliated with.  Any account request missing this information will be declined. 
  • You will not receive an immediate response upon submission.  Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
  • The email address you provide must be a VCU email.  Any account requests with a non-VCU email address will be DENIED.

HINTS:

  • The password you create can be anything you want; it does NOT have to be your eID. 
  • In the right-hand column under "System Personalization," you can set default settings for your room request forms. 
  • When you click "save," the page will refresh but that is it; it will not look like anything else has happened.  However, your information has been submitted to Event & Conference Services for approval.
